Description

Obtaining the skill
[edit]- Chance to learn after using Water Cannon with any Cylinder.
- The chance is quite low (0.5%) so it may take quite a while before you learn it.
Aura Notes
[edit]- The tool-tip in-game is incorrect, Aura uses the pre-enlightenment update "toggle" version that has a % chance to give 1~4 extra charges depending on skill rank.
- The chance to receive the skill after use only requires 1 charge to be loaded and used.
