Auranogi Set-up F.A.Q[edit]
Where do I download?[edit]
- You may download the client directly from the Auranogi wiki here, or from the official website here.
- An installation of Mabinogi's current live client is not required.
Where do I register?[edit]
- You may register an account for use with the Auranogi Client here.
- Alternatively, you may register an account by typing in new//username, with username being the username you wish to use, and typing in your password that you wish to use on Auranogi client's login screen.
How do I launch the game?[edit]
- From the downloaded folder, select AuranogiLauncher.exe. Your client will automatically update to the latest version.
- If the Game Start button is greyed out, you may need to restart the client and run it with administrator privileges.
I am getting an NxOverlay.dll error.[edit]
- You will need to install the required Visual C++ and Direct X runtimes.
- All-in-one installers for these can be found on the TechPowerUp website downloads page, under Operating System.
I am getting an Unable to locate the BlackChiper Folder error.[edit]
- You may download the updated BlackChiper folder here or here.
- Simply replace the current BlackChiper folder in your install location with the one provided and overwrite any files.
Windows is forcing me to use integrated graphics instead of "x" graphics card.[edit]
- You may have to go in to windows settings, display settings, graphics settings, choose a desktop app, select the Auranogi Client/Mabinogi and set your graphics preference to high-performance.
- If that does not work, you may have to go in to your respective graphics card control panel and adjust graphics settings there.
My HUD / UI is too small.[edit]
- You can set high-DPI settings for the Client.exe by right clicking and going to properties. Under the compatibility tab, select change "high DPI settings", and from there check High-DPI scaling override.
- You may need to test between the settings there for a result that works for you.
I am not hearing any music in game.[edit]
- You may have downloaded a client version that did not include the Mp3s. You may download those here, instructions on where to install are provided on the web page.
