At the end of the dungeon's normal variant, there is a door that leads to the "Muyu Desert Ruins Depths." When attempting to interact with the door, players will only see the on-screen message "You are unable to open the gate."
- Given the message, it can be assumed that the door is currently unused for anything. It is unknown what Thunderbro has in mind for the gate, but it can be assumed that it will lead to a new dungeon variant of the ruins.
