Exploration Quests

  • Every five exploration levels, one will need to complete an exploration cap quest in order to advance your exploration level any higher.
  • Currently, Elves, Humans and Giants all share the same Rano exploration cap quests.

Level 5, Studying the Giant Stone Statue

  • Talk to Alexina
  • Sketch the middle dignitary statue out of the 3 statues at the center of the prarie
    • This is the middle statue in the group of three located nearby the Flower landmark in Maiz Prarie.
  • Report to Alexina
  • Sketch the hero statue with the sharp head
    • This statue is near the Human Landmark in Maiz Prarie. There are two statues with pointed caps in the area, sketch the one that is standing next to another statue.
  • Report to Alexina
  • Sketch the warrior statue with the sword at the northern part of the desert
    • This statue is located at the Sheep Landmark in Northern Muyu Desert. Sketch the warrior with the sword.
  • Talk to Alexina
  • Report results on the Quest Board

Level 10, Dedication Stone with mysterious engravings

  • Talk to Alexina
    • These tablets change position every 3 to 6 hours game-time, however they cycle through the same positions. It's possible to camp at one position for all the tablets, but a quicker method is to sketch every tablet you come to so you can 'bookmark' the position and then return to it as needed.
    • You must sketch these stones in order otherwise it will not count towards the quest.
    • These stones are all located in a circle in Central Muyu Desert.
  • Sketch the single-stack Dedication Stone
  • Sketch the double-stack Dedication Stone
  • Sketch the triple-stack Dedication Stone
  • Sketch the tilted Dedication Stone
  • Sketch the fallen Dedication Stone
  • Report to Alexina

Level 15, Face-changing Statue

  • Talk to Alexina
    • The statues can be found at the mid-eastern area of Karu Forest. There are 5 in total, each one having one of the 5 faces. Each statue may or may not change its face every few hours. From the in-game hours of 9:00 PM to 6 AM, all five statues have the 'Sleeping' face.
    • These faces must be sketched in order otherwise it will not count towards the quest.
  • Sketch the sleeping statue
  • Sketch the surprised statue
  • Sketch the laughing statue
  • Sketch the crying statue
  • Sketch the angry statue
  • Talk to Alexina
  • Report results on the Quest Board

Level 20, Time-displaying Structure

  • Talk to Alexina
  • Sketch the "morning" structure
    • This first "door" is located directly east from the south-most Kaypi Canyon mana tunnel.
    • Rotates around 6:50am-7:50am
  • Sketch the "afternoon" structure
    • The second is located in a straight line north-east from the previous door.
    • Rotates around 12:50pm-1:50pm
  • Sketch the "evening" structure
    • located directly south-east from the previous door.
    • Rotates around 6:50pm-7:50pm
  • Sketch the "night" structure
    • Located directly south from the "afternoon" structure.
    • This statue has been "fixed" compared to the broken version on live. The statue rotates around 12:30am-1:30am in game time
  • Report to Alexina
