This is used to hide text until the 'Show' button is clicked.

Usage:

Remember to add {{HiddenTextFooter}} to the end!

Title = Title of the Spoiler

Width = Width of the Spoiler (Blank for entire screen)

Show= Either show or hide text at start (Enter anything for show. Leave blank or 'none' for hide)
