Akimoto is a small Jiangshi that stands atop a stump just outside Youkai Island Haunted House. He has an entrepreneurial vibe to him, making mention that he intends to set up shop. However, to his dismay, he mentions that the shop is still being prepared.
Description
He's a small Jiangshi.
However, instead of a charm of the undead he instead
has a pair of shades.
He seems to be ready to do business with you.

Trivia
- The Haunted Mansion is designed to be a timed dungeon, similar to Shadow Missions. On the top right corner of your screen when entering the Haunted House, there is a timer that counts down from 30:00 minutes, with a score point counter right below it. This could change as development on it progresses.
- The Haunted Mansion that he sits just outside from is content that is still being worked on and has been in development since around 2018. It has been put on the back-burner for development to make room for more important updates that are needed. It is unknown when it will be worked on again.
- The Haunted House is planned to be a permanent, non-event piece of content, utilized as another custom Dungeon unique to Auranogi.
- Akimoto was planned to be an NPC that you use to turn in points that you get in the Haunted House.
- A sign within the Storage Room when inside the Haunted House as a message that displays "Defeat the rats in the center to stop them from wrecking the storage room. If someone has already come through, the door should be open."
- This could be a hint towards what the future development for the Haunted Mansion will be like.
