Gems are obtained mainly from metallurgy, they can also drop from Iria field bosses, ancients, Connous Underground Maze chests, and as reward for rescuing lost elves.

Their main use is for Spirit Weapon growth, as feeding them can grant a large quantity of experience to multiple stats.

Gem Multipliers

Gem experience gain is multiplied by their size, the multiplier is the result of $S I Z E^{1.200000047683716}$
