Event period - September 1 thru September 28 annually

Trickster Nine-Tailed Fox and Auranogi Letter Collection Book

• NPC Makenna is trying to complete a collection book that spells out A U R A N O G i, however the Trickster Nine-Tailed Foxes stole the Letter Cards.

• The Trickster Nine-Tailed Foxes can be found in remote locations throughout all of Uladh, in 8 different spots. Each one drops a different Letter Card.

• NPC Makenna has an option that will make Boss Messages displaying globally when a Trickster Nine-Tailed Fox appears. If it appears in a location you have not defeated one at yet, the location will be hidden. Foxes you have fought before will display the location.

• The Trickster Nine-Tailed Fox will also drop a Suspicious Box. Beware these boxes do not contain items, but instead spawn monsters. Monsters defeated from a Suspicious Box will reward anniversary points (more on this below)

• Trickster Nine-Tailed Foxes will spawn periodically in 8 predetermined areas. All players that hit the fox at least once will receive rewards.

[u] Letter Card: Emain Macha (Southeastern island, closest moon gate is Sen Mag Plains - Peaca Dungeon)

[a] (Orange) Letter Card: Abb Neagh - Bard Camp
[n] Letter Card: Corrib Valley (Upriver, closest moon gate is Tara)
[o] Letter Card: Sliab Cuilin - Stone Quarry 
[g] Letter Card: Dugald Aisle - Spiral Hill
[i] Letter Card: Taillteann - Graveyard

• Rewards and drops (for stronger monsters) will be given to all players that hit a spawned monster or Trickster Nine-Tailed Fox. Enemies that are left alone will eventually despawn on their own. If hunting in a group, best practices are to throw a single rock to establish claim on loot, then play dead until all members have been verified to have arrived and hit the fox. If unsure, you can use >rcheck to establish unanimity.

• Suspicious Boxes cannot be used in buildings, towns, pathways, or safe areas that normally allow for the installation of guild stones, a warning will be given when using the box in these zones.

• Letters may be exchanged between characters through Bank storage, but not with other players.

• Upon completing the collection book, you will receive a ticket that can be exchanged for a reward from Makenna. Makenna can be found in any town.

• If your book is lost, you may ask Makenna for a new one.
  • This book can be reobtained an infinite number of times.

• Makenna's Shop contains a special anniversary celtic knot bag, this bag may only be earned once.

• Ciar Anniversary Dungeon Passes may also be obtained from the ticket shop, these are special versions of the dungeon that come in basic, int, and adv difficulties.

• Complete the daily quest given by Makenna for an Advanced 3rd Anniversary Gift Box.

Story Book Tir Anniversary Festival Event

• Only one character per account can participate in this event, please confirm your choice before proceeding

• The Anniversary Festival is ramping up and the residents of Storybook Tir Chonaill need your help to prepare for the festival.

• See Lorna in Dunbarton to receive a book to warp to Storybook Tir Chonaill.

• Upon accepting this quest, you will receive the book to go to Storybook Tir, once you use it, meet Talvish and he will give you instructions on who to help each week to prepare for the festival.

• Each week a different daily quest will be given to earn anniversary coins, Anniversary Points, and instant prize tickets. Completing the daily quest 3 times in a week will reward bonus coins and tickets.

• Week 1: Gathering foods (5 barley, 5 wheat, and 5 taitinn carp each day.
• Week 2: Gathering materials for ornaments (3 Small Blue Gems, 3 Small Green Gems, 3 Red Gems, and 5 berries.)"
• Week 3: Courier service between npcs, then finding Caswyn. Caswyn rotates between several locations around the general area Deian would be in normal Tir Chonaill. See this page for his possible locations, compiled by Ritsujin on Mabinogi World Wiki during the airing of the live event this one is based on.
• Completing each daily quest 3 times for each week will be required to fully complete the quest from Talvish.

• Auranogi Anniversary Coins can be used to purchase items from Talvish, including special equipment, gachapons, and a new 11x11 shop bag.

• Various different NPCs from past and future are around Tir Chonaill living their daily(?) lives, speak to them to learn more about them (no rewards, just for fun)

Milletian Developer Note Collection Book Event

• This event is only available to the main character for the Storybook Tir Festival Event

• The Milletian Developer has gotten himself stuck and needs help. See Lorna in Dunbarton to receive a collection book.

• Developer Notes can be obtained in one of two ways, by defeating monsters that are weak or stronger (mobs with higher CP levels will have a higher note drop rate)

• Fishing in Storybook Tir Chonaill with Paper-plucking bait tins, these tins will give you a chance of fishing up the notes.

- High ranked fishing and an Item Fishing Pole W22 (r5+ required) will increase your odds of fishing up more notes

• Paper-plucking bait tins will be refreshed every-day, up to 100 tins (tins from previous days will be removed)

• There are a total of 30 notes to collect to complete the quest

• Duplicate notes can be used to obtain a Thank-You Note Seal. Everyday you may trade 5 of these to Talvish to earn 2000 Anniversary Points and 10000 Exploration EXP the first time they are traded in per day, and 500 Anniversary Points for any time after this they are traded in the same day. This will reset daily.

• Upon completing the book, open it and click select your reward, then go to the boulder where Ciar Dungeon is located in storybook Tir and hit the stone until it allows you to go inside.

Speak to the developer inside to receive a Yggdrasil Unicorn Whistle and 1 Developer's Overtime Kit, which contains:

• 1 Employee ID (accessory, 4 durability, 2 def and 2 prot)
• 1 Battery (200 mp)
• 1 Chocolate Almond Bar (200 hp)
• 1 Clean Socks (100 luck)
• 1 Energy Drink (100 str)
• 1 Sweet Coffee (200 stamina)
• 1 Vanity Kit (150 will)

The Fattening Event

• Speak with the Culinary Artist each day to receive a request to cook for the Gorilla, Pinky

• He is a very picky eater and only eats very specific items, you will be told which items to make. Despite the names of the items, only novice cooking is required since they are created by mixing.
• Yggdrasil Leaf Shrimp Fried Rice (10% Yggdrasil Leaf, 60% Steamed Rice, 30% Shrimp)
• Yggdrasil Leaf Vegetable Soup (10% Yggdrasil Leaf, 45% Cabbage, 45% Onion)

Steamed Rice and the Yggdrasil Leaf can be purchased from Culinary Artist, and other items may be purchased from the grocery store. Drag the item to Pinky and give it in order to feed.

• You will receive Anniversary Coins and Instant Prize Tickets for completing this quest. This Quest can be done daily during the event period.

The Cave of Trials: Erinn Memoria Dungeon

• A new challenge is now available in the Cave of Trials in Storybook Tir

• See Triona at the Dungeon Entrance to challenge the dungeon, you will be given 3 passes to enter this dungeon daily, you may also bring a party, each member must have a pass to enter.

• There is a total of 10 Stages to this dungeon, you may start at the highest stage you have cleared (If you have cleared stage 1 before, you can start at stage 2 if you so choose, and so on). Party members must have also cleared up to this stage to enter with you.

• Upon clearing a stage you will be given a conquerer's chest, Anniversary Points, and a Title (first clear only). The grade of the chest and amount of anniversary points will increase each stage.

• Conquerer's chests contain gesture cards, materials, potions, enchants, and equipment, the value of items inside increases with the grade of the chest!

• You may choose to retire from the challenge early at the end of the stage, this will reward extra anniversary points, however your pass will not be refunded upon leaving the dungeon.

• Passes will be refreshed up to 3 daily, unused passes will be lost, so be sure to use them!

• The Cave of Trials can now be done 3 times per day per character instead of being locked to the main character for storybook Tir.

• You can warp to the Cave of Trials through NPC Makenna at anytime.

Anniversary Point Milestone Rewards

• Anniversary Points will earn you rewards at Makenna once you reach certain milestones!

• Anniversary Points are not a currency, choosing a reward will not spend accumulated points, you can get all items that you have points for.

Instant Prize Machine

• Use the Instant Gift Tickets given throughout the event at the capsule machine found near the square in Storybook Tir Chonaill.
• It costs one ticket per roll, prizes are as follows:

• Higher ranked prizes have a lower drop rate than lower ranked prizes
• Tickets must be used before the end of the event period
• Prizes in the Prize Machine may be subject to change during the runtime of the event

Chisai Anniversary Celebration

Event period - September 22 thru September 30 annually

• The villagers of Chisai have special daily event quests for you, for the final week of the event only!

• Each day random quests will be given to you, to clear Ciar Anniversary Dungeon, kill monsters in the event dungeon, or collect cake from the dungeon

• Clearing quests will reward EXP, Pon, Anniversary Coins, and Anniversary Points

• Daily quests will also reward you with passes to enter the dungeon during the event period

• Clearing any version of Ciar Anniversary Dungeon during the entire event period will also give additional Anniversary Points (even outside of this week)

• Cake monsters inside the dungeon can drop Magic Monster cakes during the event period

Anniversary Hot Day Event

Event period - September 14th

• Login anytime (12:00am-11:59pm) on September 14th (in EST) during the event period to randomly receive one of the following gifts:

• Rewards can only be obtained once per account per day and are given to the first character that logs in.
• If you are logged in before the date changes, you must relog to receive gifts

Anniversary 2x EXP, Drop, and Training Event

Event period - September 7, 2025 at 12:00 AM - September 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM

• During the event period monsters will have a 2x EXP and 2x Drop Rate (this will not affect other forms of EXP or drops). All skills will also have an additional 2x multiplier applied during the event period.
