Description
She is a slender young girl.
Her long silky jet black hair flows with the ocean's breeze.
Her bright amber eyes contrast nicely with her tanned skin.
She gives you a smile as you approach.
Kohaku is a human that can be found on Nekojima. She is interested in the Mystic Pearls that can be found on the island and how they're linked to the new Amber variant of Albey Dungeon.
To reward players for assisting her in her research, she offers a shop in which players can exchange Mystical Amber Coins found in the dungeon for items. Additionally, she is able to warp players to Albey Dungeon, providing players with a much faster method of accessing Tir Chonaill (Another World) early on.
When you ask her who she is, she responds with the following:
"I'm in search of an item called a Mystic Pearl. I've heard rumors that it contains a fantastic power. It is to my understanding that mystic pearls can be found on this island somewhere. I've heard that the locals found an amber colored orb in the ocean water, perhaps that is what I'm looking for? Unfortunately, I'm not very good at fishing... I'm hoping I can find it elsewhere on this island."

Trivia
- When talking to Kohaku about the Gargoyle Statue found within Albey Dungeon's lobby, she claims that the statue contains mana and can be used to teleport back to her. However, she declines to inform the player of how this is done, claiming that the ability is a "trade secret."
- During the Albey Amber Quest Line, Kohaku mentions that the Amber Crystal Golem found in the dungeon may be related to the ones found on the Beach of Scathach. She then realizes that the player may not know what she's talking about and suggests to disregard it. This is referencing how players on Auranogi currently do not have access to this area.
- During the Albey Amber Quest Line, Kohaku mentions that the Amber Reaper reminds her of another single monster that wields a scythe, though she doubts that they are related. Whether or not she is referring to another unique monster on Auranogi, the Grim Reaper, or even Tagar is unknown.
- She does, however, initially mention that the player's description of the monster reminds her of the Grim Reaper, though she may be thinking of the typical depiction of this figure and not the Guardian of Avon that shares the same name.
