Qilla
[edit]Mentum in Nekojima received some of Nicca's upgrades.
Filia
[edit]Granites received some of Meles' upgrades.
Vales
[edit]Argul has knuckle upgrades.
A number of upgrades went to Karpfen, a few went to Edern
Other
[edit]Akihiro in Chisai Village provides upgrades for oriental, or Asian-themed, weapons.
Berched has magic upgrades.
