Mentum in Nekojima got a some of Nicca's upgrades

Granites contains upgrades you might normally find in Meles

Argul has knuckle upgrades.

A number of upgrades went to Karpfen, a few went to Edern

Akihiro in Chisai Village got japanese weapon related upgrades.

Berched has magic upgrades.
