[edit]- Learned after completing the quest Ranald's Armor Delivery.
- Elves can also learn the skill through the beginner quest [Tutorial] The Crown Jewel of Melee Combat, the Windmill Skill.
Aura Notes
[edit]- Windmill radius has been adjusted to always stay at the range of an age 17 player character, thus a 10 year old character will not have reduced range.
- However, transformations will have slightly reduced range comparatively.
